A role has arisen within our Change Management Office for a Project Coordinator. 
Davy has recently established a Change Management Office to successfully manager complex, large or critical projects for the firm. Davy is a broad based organisation, encompassing multiple businesses and operating in multiple locations/countries. Alongside this, the financial services sector is highly regulated and also highly competitive. Hence, change management at Davy is multifaceted and each of its business units has a distinct set of regulations, IT systems, support requirements and costs. 
The Project Coordinator within this function will have the ability to deliver complex projects. Additionally, the person must be organised, resourceful, decisive and an excellent communicator. They will have experience of working closely with senior management, business users, IT and 3rd party vendors. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Progress / complete detailed planning across all project workstreams and ensure alignment with the agreed Programme scope, working closely with all internal stakeholders and external partner vendors
  • Manage delivery execution and ensure / assure delivery against agreed target dates
  • Manage key vendor engagement & delivery against agreed target dates and budgets
  • Define & agree resource requirements, allocation and related budgets
  • Manage all Project governance and reporting processes
  • Manage Project communication to key senior stakeholders and across the wider Davy Group for assigned projects
  • Work closely with the Head of the CMO to establish and implement the Change Framework across the Davy Group
  • Work closely with all Business functions to roll out project processes and governance
  • Work with the Head of Change to continuously improve the Change Framework and assist in its adoption across the Davy Group
Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience of managing & successfully delivering cross functional change projects
  • Experience of working with a CMO/PMO to establish a Change Framework
  • Experience of implementing a new Change Framework across the Business
  • Experience of improving an existing Change Framework and rolling out changes across the Business
  • End to end delivery experience through all project lifecycle phases and related processes / activities.
  • Specific experience in projects which have a combination of Business and IT change.
  • Experience in managing vendors to delivery against agreed targets and budgets.
  • Self-directed, technically minded, risk aware individual who can work to tight deadlines
  • Confident individual with good influencing skills and an ability to work with senior management.
  • Excellent communicator
